The term "usage and sharing of information" does not include Tagotti Shoe Lounge / tagotti.com.  It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Companies which Process Your Financial Transactions. We will not disclose your payment information to anyone unrelated to us, other than your credit card issuer or other financial services company to process your order. We do not store your payment information.

Companies which Ship Your Purchases. Only the shipping information related to your order is shared with the shipping company that we select.

Law Enforcement and Security. We desire to be good corporate citizens, to abide by the laws of our government, and we endeavor to ensure the safety of our customers to the fullest extent available under the law. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel, which is industry standard.
